A glimpse inside Techspace Dieffenbachstraße!

Dieffenbachstraße is evolving! This exciting development, scheduled for completion in late 2025, will soon become a vibrant hub for our member community. Follow our construction updates and learn how this project will enhance the KreuzKölln neighbourhood.

Nestled in the heart of Graefekiez, Techspace Dieffenbachstraße is a beautifully restored 19th-century piano factory, reimagined as a vibrant six-floor workspace. The iconic red-brick facade reflects its charm, while modern amenities and thoughtful design will create an inspiring environment for members. Set back from the street, the grounds of the campus feature inner courtyards, spacious terraces, bike and car parking and a cozy members' café—offering the perfect balance of community and focus space. Techspace Dieffenbachstraße opens in the Winter of 2025.
