The former Tanqueray Gordon & Co Gin distillery on Goswell Road is Techspace’s highest-quality workspace to date, and will include a roof terrace and balconies overlooking the Clerkenwell and Farringdon surrounds, a workout space, a rooftop café and bar, a stunning double-height event space, and a podcasting studio for members to enjoy.

The building is a great example of a heritage site being reimagined through redevelopment with sustainability in mind. It is rated BREEAM excellent, placing it in the top 10 percent of UK buildings for ESG credentials.

Situated at the crossroads of the West End, the City, King’s Cross, and Old Street, Goswell Road is served by unparalleled transport links, including the Elizabeth line, Thameslink, and multiple tube lines.

Early Bird Offers

A] Fixed term option
‍New members signing up to a Private Office from 01 October onwards will be entitled to the following discount profiles, provided they sign up to a minimum 12 month contract:

– For the months of Oct, Nov, Dec = 50% discount
– For the months of Jan, Feb, Mar = 20% discount

B] Flexible option
‍New members who would prefer flexibility can choose to pay for 3 months to 'trial the space'. During this time they will be able to give 1 months' notice at anytime to leave. If they choose not give notice and commit to a 12 month term, they will receive one month's rent free at month 4.
