A] Fixed term option
New members signing up to a Private Office from 01 October onwards will be entitled to the following discount profiles, provided they sign up to a minimum 12 month contract:
– For the months of Oct, Nov, Dec = 50% discount
– For the months of Jan, Feb, Mar = 20% discount

New members who would prefer flexibility can choose to pay for 3 months to 'trial the space'. During this time they will be able to give 1 months' notice at anytime to leave. If they choose not give notice and commit to a 12 month term, they will receive one month's rent free at month 4.
