By the very nature of what we do, most of our roles at Techspace are based on-site to best serve our members (e.g. Operations, Events). And as you might expect, we're big proponents of the office, ensuring we all have an attractive and inspiring workplace in which to work from. For other roles (e.g. Marketing or Finance), where there's less requirement to be on-site, the team adopts a hybrid approach to work, with most of the team working ~3 days in the office, and 2 from home. Tuesday's are 'All-in days' together, encouraging collaboration, team alignment and the odd after work social!
Annual leave: Our UK team receives 27 days (pro-rata) of annual leave per calendar year, in addition to 8 bank holidays. Life leave: We also include up to 5 days for life events (eg voluntary work, moving house, compassionate leave). Thank you leave: After each 5 years’ of service you will receive an additional 5 days of holiday. Family support leave: 10-12 weeks of full pay on arrival of a child in your family.

All UK team members are auto-enrolled into our Company Pension. Techspace will contribute 3% of Qualifying Earnings, which along with your own contribution and government support results in a >8% contribution each month. Of course, you can contribute more if you wish.
Techspace provides a number of financing options for it's employees including: Season ticket loans, Bike2work scheme, and a limited personal loan to help with rental deposits and financing furniture when you move house.
Techspace gives you the opportunity to purchase a bike for your commute (or part of your commute) to work through pre-tax salary sacrifice. This means we will pay the upfront cost of your purchase, which includes the bike, safety and security equipment, panniers, child seats etc. leaving you to repay this amount over 12 months from your pre-tax income.

We also offer educational workshops throughout the year under our GoFurther sessions and more. We understand that commuting is expensive so we're here to support with the cost. Techspace will cover 40 EUR of the total monthly ticket price. This is on top of BVG extra discount of 8 EUR on the monthly ticket price. The remaining part will be charged against your net salary, depending on which ticket you need.
All German team members are can opt to enrol into an arrangement whereby Techspace, the Government and you contribute to your pension.
