Elevate Leadership Programmes

Designed to empower tomorrow's emerging leaders

At Techspace, we hear about the challenges managers face each and every day via our members, but also via our emerging leaders network, ScaleUP Europe. There’s no getting away from it. Being an excellent leader is notoriously hard!

To answer this need, we’ve decided to team up with seasoned coaches to create two programmes:

Elevate Breakthrough - an 18-week course developing leadership skills for new managers and those who are about to become new managers.
Elevate Mastery - a 12-week course for Heads of Department and senior leaders looking to take the next step in their career.

Both courses have been designed to deliver actionable content and skills that propels participants forward in their leadership journey.

Each programme provides content delivery through in-person workshops, peer group learning and optional 1:1 coaching. In addition, participants receive learning materials between sessions, to practice their skills throughout the programme.

Each session uses psychology and neuroscience and is brought to life by our amazing coaches. An experiential format will help you apply the learnings as you go, so you’ll see improvements after just a few sessions.

You’ll develop an in-depth knowledge of your own strengths and weaknesses as a manager, and as a leader. You’ll build a clear game plan to level up the confidence and know-how to build and support a growing team in a hybrid workplace.

Our open programme brings together emerging leaders from some of London's top growth companies.

In-Person Cohorts

Cohort learning continually delivers the best development outcomes for participants. So all workshops will be delivered in-person.

Hosted at Techspace

Cohorts will be hosted at Techspace Shoreditch in East London. We'll book the same meeting room every session. This will be our 'safe space'.
