Flexible terms

Contracts have a minimum term of 12 months, with standard 24-month licenses. Longer terms are available on request, and members have the flexibility to scale up or down as their business needs change.

Receive regular utilisation insights through our workplace analytics software, along with carbon allocation reports to support your Scope 3 reporting needs.

Dedicated meeting rooms

Self-contained units have their own dedicated meeting rooms exclusively for your use. Should you require additional meeting rooms, you can purchase credit bundles and book shared meeting rooms on demand via our app.

FAQs

When can I access the building?

Self-contained office members can access Techspace locations 24/7. Note, that our on-site team hours are between 8.30am and 5pm on weekdays. So you will need to check the out-of-hours procedures for your building when entering the building outside of these hours.

What building amenities do I have access to?

All members have access to use building amenities. From members' lounges, on-site cafés, meeting rooms, podcasting suites, calm rooms, fully-stocked kitchens, rooftop terraces, phone booths and event spaces. Check your building handbook to see what's on offer in your location.

How do I attend Techspace's events?

We host a variety of events week in, week out. From wellness classes, member networking breakfasts, educational workshops and inspirational talks we take great pride and care in our events calendar. Members can join our events for free, simply keep an eye on our newsletters, in-building screens and the members' app to sign up.
